Lulujiafa has introduced digital warehouse management, improving auto parts delivery efficiency by 30%.

The traditional auto parts industry is undergoing a wave of digital upgrades. Recently, Foshan Chancheng District Lulujiafa Auto Parts Business Department officially launched its new-generation digital warehouse management system (WMS), achieving intelligent management of the entire process from parts receiving, sorting, to outbound delivery. Preliminary operational data shows that the system has reduced the average order processing time by 30% and increased inventory accuracy to over 99%.

For a long time, the auto parts industry has faced pain points such as complex product categories, difficulty in matching models, and slow response to urgent orders. Lulujiafa has effectively reduced the error rate of manual picking by introducing barcode recognition, intelligent shelf guidance, and real-time inventory synchronization technology. At the same time, the system can automatically generate replenishment suggestions based on historical sales data, ensuring that popular parts are always in stock and slow-moving parts are kept in stock to a minimum.

“Digitalization isn’t just for large corporations. As a small to medium-sized auto parts dealer, we can also enhance our competitiveness through technology,” said the operations manager of Lulujiafa. “Efficiency improvements directly translate into better customer experience—repair shops can now receive their orders in the afternoon if they place an order in the morning, helping car owners get their vehicles delivered faster.”

It is understood that Lulujiafa also plans to integrate its online inquiry and offline delivery systems within the next six months, launching a self-service price check and order tracking function on WeChat, allowing customers to enjoy “auto parts purchasing at their fingertips.”
